ABOUT ME :

My name is Tuyet Anh. You can call me Anna. I am 20 years old. I'm a 3rd-year student, my major is history teacher education. I am a student at Dong Thap University, Vietnam. I am participating in the 9th sea teacher program. And the school I chose to join was Nakhon Sawan Rajabhat university Thailand for my internship.

WEEK 1: MEET AND VISIT

 We departed from Dong Thap University to Tan Son Nhat airport. At 5pm we boarded the plane and flew to Thailand.

At 1:30 we arrived at Suvarnabhumi airport and then we went to pick up our luggage. And teacher.... and teacher... were waiting to welcome us. My group left early, planning to take 2 days, but the teachers were very dedicated and took care of us. The teachers bought cakes and drinks for us. The cake is delicious. We had to travel more than 3 hours to get to Nakhon Sawan Rajabhat University.

  We arrived at school at 11pm then the teacher took me to the dormitory. Where we will rest. Activities during 1 month of internship here. I was very impressed that the room was very clean. Everything is carefully prepared. Pillows and mattresses are washed clean and fragrant. I was very tired and slept very well.

  Today I have an appointment with the English departments to practice for the English camp program on September 6. So I woke up early to prepare.

This is my first breakfast in Thailand. The noodles are very delicious.

My friends and I are practicing for an English camp and it's very fun. You guys are still available for me to visit Nakhon Sawan Rajabhat University. The school is very large and has many beautiful scenes.

In the afternoon, they took me to Big C supermarket to buy a SIM card. The first time I rode a Songthaew car was very interesting.

The next day, our friends took us to visit the library. The library here has many great looking floors and many different books.

We had breakfast in the cafeteria 

The food is very delicious and suitable for my taste

WEEK 2 :  CLASS OBSERVATION AT NAKHON SAWAN RAJABHAT DEMONSTRATION SCHOOL

    We had a meeting with the teachers at the school where I will be interning in the near future.

After that, the teachers took me out to eat.

The following days I will observe classes and record what I observe

And this week my friends and I will attend an English camp. We participated in many fun but very useful activities

Also this week, Thai friends took me to temples in Nakhon Sawan province. The temples here are very beautiful. WEEK 3: TEACHING IN CLASSROOM

This week, after what we have observed, we have been teaching with feedback from the teachers. At first we didn't have much connection with the students, but gradually the students grew to love us and the relationship got better and better.

WEEK 4: TEACHING IN CLASSROOM (MONITORING BY MENTOR)

This week I spend most of my time preparing lesson plans and practicing teaching in class

After my lesson, Ms. Daret gave me a lot of feedback that helped me improve my teaching skills.

While my friends and I interned here, we felt more confident and learned more. I hope there will be many students participating in the sea teacher program to accumulate a lot of knowledge for the future.
